Catering Trailer

We are pleased to cover your event with our catering trailer. Now available for bookings throughout 2024-2025. The Marbled Meats catering trailer allows us to offer catering at your event; from weddings and parties to farmers markets and shows. We can serve up a selection of dishes produced from our home produced meats, dishes can include Wagyu beef burgers served in a brioche roll with melted smoked applewood cheddar, supreme lamb kofta's dressed with pomegranate and cucumber salad with tzatziki, and pork sausages in a roll (ideal for kids parties ect). Vegetarian options are available . All options included a tomato and red onion salsa and a gherkin and red onion salsa. Hot drinks and canned drinks can also be available on request.
